2025 The7thYearOriginal
Includes:
- TWELVE 50 min. one-on-one spiritual direction/mentoring sessions (one/month)
- EIGHTEEN 50 min. small group teachings (three at each retreat, and once a month in between)
- FIVE of Alicia’s books
- TWO optional three-day/two-night retreats with Alicia at Rivendell
- One meeting with Dr. Brunner for a MBTI spiritual formation coaching session
- A supportive cohort of women in leadership that connect at retreats and via a private facebook group and prayer app.

Monthly Participation Fee: $377
One-Time Administrative Fee: $377 (non-refundable)
- Due after an applicant is accepted into the7thyear to hold the spot and to cover administrative support for the participant's year-long experience.
- If you change your mind about participating before the7thyear begins, the administrative fee will be converted to a tax-deductible donation to Lii and a receipt will be issued.
Additional Fees: 10 of 15 reading list resources, travel to/from optional retreats, community meals at retreats, and Paypal processing fee if you opt to pay your admin and/or participant fee via Paypal..
Scholarships: Available as funds permit for up to 50% of the monthly participation fee.

The true Mentor is always Jesus. My hope is to be a master follower."
Though many know Alicia as an author and speaker, the heartbeat of her service always been intentional investment in the spiritual formation of leaders. As a mentor she is known for her discernment, wisdom, and penetrating questions. One seasoned statesman described her as having, “the head of a lawyer and the heart of a poet.” Another pastor captured the impressions of many when he said, “My first thought was, Alicia has such a gentle spirit. My second thought was, I think she just removed my appendix!”
Alicia has been mentoring learners and leaders around the globe with her presence and her pen for over thirty years. Since 2011, she has served as the founding director of Leadership Investment Intensives, a 501c3 non-profit devoted to providing customized soul care to invest in leaders’ spiritual lives and legacies. Those who have walked alongside of Alicia agree that sustainable nearness with God is her life-message.
